• Served as judicial clerk for the Honorable Pauline Newman of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

• Held an associate attorney position at a prominent DC-area boutique firm.

• In private practice, first at his previous firm employer, and subsequently at the Law Office of Joseph P. Evans, PLC, has dynamically and successfully met the varying needs of clients ranging in size from one-man and -woman enterprises to the largest of multinational corporations;
